 Shipping and handling is a flat fee of $5.00 per package, which includes insurance with USPS. All items are insured and shipped by USPS.
Return Policy: Any item Mona Reeva handcrafts is guaranteed for one year of normal wear and use.* GMA will repair it if possible**, replace** it, or give buyer credit for any of the handcrafted items that break or tear that are returned** during the warranty period.
Items that GMA sells that are listed in SPECIALS are not handcrafted by Mona Reeva and can be exchanged for an item of equal value.
